These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 877wim ("877wim", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino information platform accessible at https://877wim.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

877wim operates as an English-language online betting and casino information platform targeting Pakistan's online gaming community. Our Platform provides information, commentary, odds comparisons, game catalogues and related content in relation to online sports betting, casino games and responsible gambling resources.

By accessing or using any part of 877wim — whether as a registered account holder or an unregistered visitor — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the 877wim Platform.
• "Applicable Law" means any statute, regulation, ordinance or rule applicable to the User's jurisdiction of residence, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any laws of the operator's license jurisdiction.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins or any other non-cash incentive credited to a User's Account as part of a promotional offer.
• "CNIC" means Computerised National Identity Card issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Pakistan.
• "Content" means all text, data, graphics, images, software, audio, video and other material appearing on or accessible through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a User may make deposits or request withdrawals.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan.
• "Real Money Balance" means verified deposited funds held in a User's Account, distinct from Bonus Funds.

To register and maintain an Account on 877wim, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

5. Single Account: You must hold only one Account on the Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
6. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and current. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

To access the full functionality of the 877wim Platform, you are required to register an Account. During registration you will be asked to provide, at minimum:

• A valid email address (which will serve as your primary login identifier and communication channel);
• A secure password of sufficient complexity as indicated during registration;
• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• Your date of birth;
• Your country and city of residence.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. 877wim will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 877wim immediately via our support channels. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available.

877wim applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with industry anti-money laundering (AML) standards and the requirements of our licensing framework. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed and may be required before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

Typical documents required for KYC verification include:

• Proof of Identity: Valid CNIC (front and back), valid passport biographical data page, or government-issued photo ID accepted by the verification system;
• Proof of Address (where required): A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence addressed to you at your residential address, dated within the last three months;

• Bonuses are awarded in Bonus Funds and are separate from your Real Money Balance until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• 877wim reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, subject to protecting rights already accrued by Users in respect of that offer.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to satisfying wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per eligible new User. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• 877wim reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void any winnings derived from bonuses where it is determined that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

All sports betting, casino games and other wagering activities conducted on the 877wim Platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. 877wim does not guarantee any outcome.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where expressly permitted by the Platform's cash-out or bet-edit functionality, where available.
• In the event of a technical error — including server interruption, connectivity failure or software malfunction — that results in an incorrect odds display or erroneous bet acceptance, 877wim reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount to the User's Real Money Balance.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to the accepted bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are shown on the relevant bet slip or game interface.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on slot and casino game cards are theoretical long-term averages calculated over very large numbers of game rounds. They do not guarantee any return in any individual session.
• Live in-play betting markets on cricket, football, UFC and other sports are subject to suspension and delayed acceptance during critical moments in a match. Bets submitted during a suspension period may be declined.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 877wim Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC or any other Platform process;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using automated betting systems to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional offers;
• Money laundering or any activity that 877wim reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering;
• Using any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the Platform or derive an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability or pricing mistake on the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events;
• Attempting to circumvent Platform restrictions, geographic blocks or responsible gambling tools through the use of VPNs, proxies or other technical means;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 877wim staff or other Users through any channel.

All Content on the 877wim Platform — including but not limited to the 877wim brand name, logo, website design, written content, odds data, game interfaces, software and underlying code — is the exclusive property of 877wim or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or transmit any Content without prior written consent from 877wim;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on any Content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, redistribution or incorporation into a competing service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 877wim, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, whether in a single session or over any period of time;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, including interruptions resulting from technical failure, maintenance, third-party actions or events outside our reasonable control;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any content, actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios or sports data suppliers.

877wim is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is a form of adult entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a method to recover financial losses. The following responsible gambling provisions apply to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory review period.
• Loss Limits: You may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once this threshold is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.

• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to six weeks.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Identification of duplicate accounts;
• Determination that the User is ineligible to hold an Account under Section 4.

Upon voluntary account closure, any verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to AML checks. You may request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team.

877wim reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a revision, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as specified in 877wim's licensing documentation.

In the event of a dispute between you and 877wim, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the operator's licensing authority.
